I. METHOD OF MAKING A RESERVATION
A stay can be reserved via:
a) the booking portal Booking.com,
b) by sending a reservation request in written form: by registered letter or electronically (e-mail),
c) by placing a reservation by phone,
d) by visiting the Hotel Reception in person.
After making a reservation using one of the methods listed above, the Hotel will send a confirmation of the reservation to the address provided by the Guest (except in the case described in item d above).
A legally binding reservation requires the Guest to pay a deposit of 40% of the total value of the stay within 3 business days, based on a pro forma invoice issued by the Hotel with the bank account number.
The deposit mentioned above must be paid to the Hotel via bank transfer, cash, or payment card at the hotel.
The deposit must be paid within the period specified on the pro forma invoice.
The payment is settled with a standard receipt or VAT invoice.
The date of the deposit is considered the date the Hotel’s bank account is credited.
II. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Reservation cancellation is possible, but only for valid reasons justified and documented by the Guest in writing.
A. Reservation cancellation terms
1. If the Guest cancels their reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
2. If the reservation is not used and not cancelled in time, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the price for the first night.
Reservation changes made by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival will not incur any fees.
3. 14 days or more before the planned arrival – full refund of the deposit.
4. In case of no-show without cancellation = 100% of the total reservation value.
B. Shortening the stay
Shortening the stay is treated as a late cancellation and requires payment for the entire declared period of stay.
